Gaardial, Gardial or Bardial date is almost oval shape to semi round its length is between 2.5 cm to 3.5 cm, its moisture content is 14% this product processed under the brand name of Shima. Because of its good price and since it is very easy to use in cooking baking , after washing and grading , it’s packed pitted on different packages for home and industrial use.
